A valid credit card is required. Click "Open" or "Run" on the File Download popup screen to begin the installation process. You must have a live internet connection when you install the program and configure your online account.

If you don't agree that your online backup service is worth every penny of the monthly fee, you can cancel at any time before the 15 days are up and you will not be charged. Accounts that are not canceled or converted to paid accounts will be upgraded to the 500MB storage plan and charged our low monthly base plan service charge.
Upgrading and Activating Your Online Service Account
To upgrade your account to any of the programs listed above, simply log in to your account on our web site. Once your account is set up, you can access your current billing, contact information, data and other information securely online. Once you log in, select "Upgrade My Account" to sign up for one of our many plan options.
* Terms and conditions of promotion: Open to new customers who are residents of Southern California ony, zip codes 90000 to 93475. Storage is free for the duration of the California Wild Fire season or the end of the 2007 calendar year, whichever comes first. A minimum 30 days notice will be provided before this offer expires to provide time to recover all data. You may elect at that time to continue forward with NovaStor's service at NovaStor's current rates. Proof of residency may be required.
** 250 MB Additional Storage - If your storage exceeds your current Base Plan allowance, you can add the additional storage as part of your subscription or simply use more backup space than your Base Plan allows and we will automatically bill you for any excess storage in increments of 250 MB.

Get your entire backup account delivered to you on CD. Great for maintaining long term archives or accessing files when off-line. Up to 640 MB of your data per CD.
