NovaStor Upgrade Policy
NovaStor's current upgrade policy is designed to make free, downloadable upgrades available (or have the CD sent for plus shipping) to any customer that has an active Maintenance Agreement and/or purchased a NovaNet-WEB 6.8 from May 16th, 2007 to the Official Release date, July 16, 2007. Simply log in to your account and click on the "Maintenance Agreements & Upgrades" link on the left hand side, where you will be given a link to begin the upgrade process. If you don't have your username or product registered online yet, click here for more information. Upgrade requests must be made within 90 days of the Official Release date to qualify.
Customers with versions of NovaNet-WEB purchased prior to May 16, 2007 that are not currently covered with an active Maintenance Agreement will be subject to NovaStor's standard upgrade fee pricing. All previous versions of NovaNet-WEB qualify for this upgrade pricing. You must be a registered user, and if applicable, shipping charges may be added.

Versions of greater than 100 users and annual maintenance agreements are available. Ask your

Upgrade Serial Numbers
All NovaStor upgrades require a current, product-specific serial number.
The serial number for your product can be found in your online account (if you purchased online), or on the top of the original package. If you have any questions about your serial number, or you have trouble finding
it, please let us know.
Future Notification of Upgrades
When a new version of our software is released, NovaStor will post the
release information on our website at www.novastor.com. We also
notify all our customers who have subscribed to our NovaNEWS newsletter. If
you wish to be notified when future versions of our software become
available, please visit
our subscription page to subscribe. This subscription will
provide you with a monthly email with the latest data protection news,
information on new software releases and updates, information on
complementary products, and special discounts and offers.
